Dover Town Council wish to support tourism.

A Vision and Strategy needs to be developed with a marketing plan.

The White Cliffs Tourism Association has limitations. These are self imposed as it operates rules which requires all projects to benefit the whole area and not a single town. Change of mind set to allow sub committee to operate projects for individual towns. Each Town to develop their own marketing plan.
